May 19 Mon Arrive Istanbul - Take the
connection flight to Adana
Arrive Istanbul Airport at 10:25 am. Take
the connection flight to Adana. Arrive Adana
Airport. Our representative will meet you
after the customs and baggage claim. Meet
and transfer to the hotel for dinner and
overnight. (D)
May 20 Tue Antioch - Adana
Full Day Tour to Antioch (Acts 11:19-27;
13:1; 14:26; 15:22-35; Gal. 2:11; II Tim.
3:11). Visit St. Peter's Church and the
Mosaic Museum. Return to Adana. Dinner at
the hotel. (B, D)
May 21 Wed Adana-Tarsus-Cappadocia
Drive to Tarsus (Acts 9:11; 9:30; 11:25;
21:39; 22:3), the birthplace of St. Paul.
Visit the new St. Paul Church and Paul's
Well. Continue to Cappadocia, the land of
the fairy chimneys and rock churches of the
10th century. (B, D)
May 22 Thu Cappadocia
Full day sightseeing in Cappadocia; visit
the Underground city, Göreme Open Air Museum
with painted rock churches, the pottery
making town of Avanos and the citadel of
Uchisar. (B, D)
May 23 Fri Cappadocia - Lystra - Iconium
(Konya)
Visit the Biblical site of Lystra (Acts
14:6-21; 16:1-2, II Tim. 3:11). Then drive
to Iconium (Acts 13:51; 14:1-21; 16:2, II
Tim. 3:11), today's Konya to visit the
Mevlana Mausoleum. Overnight in Konya. (B,

May 24 Sat
Iconium-Colossae-Laodicea-Pamukkale
Drive to unexcavated site of Colossae (Col.
1:2). Then see the ruins of Laodicea (Col
2:1; 4:13-16, Rev. 1:11; 3:14). Continue to
Pamukkale for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
May 25 Sun Philadelphia-Sardis-Smyrna (Izmir)
Drive to Alasehir to see the 1st century
Philadelphia Church (Rev. 1:11; 3:7). Then
visit Sardis (Rev. 1:11; 3:1-4); the
Gymnasium, the 3rd century Synagogue, the
Temple of Diana and the remains of the 1st
century Church. Drive to Smyrna (Rev. 1:11;
2:8) for dinner and overnight in Izmir. (B,

JOIN THE EPHESUS MEETING-Kusadasi
Full day tour in Ephesus (Acts 18:19-24;
19:1-35; 20:16-17; 21:29, 1 Cor. 15:32;
16:8, I Tim. 1:3 II Tim. 1:18; 4:12, Rev.
1:11, 2:1). Visit the famous ancient city,
the Basilica of St. John and the
Archaelogical Museum. Dinner at the hotel.
JOIN THE EPHESUS MEETING in the evening. (B,

May 27 Tue Pergamon-Thyatira-Ayvalik
Drive North to Pergamon (Rev. 1:11; 2:12
Visit the Acropolis and the remaining of the
1st century Church called Red Basilica.
Continue to Akhisar to see the 1st century
Thyatira Church (Acts 16:14, Rev. 1:11;
2:18-24). Drive to Ayvalik for dinner and
overnight. (B, D)
May 28 Wed Alexander Troas-Assos-Troy-Canakkale
Visit Alexander Troas (Acts 16:8-11; 20:5,
6, II Tim. 4:13 II Cor. 2:12) to see only
few stones covered by water today. Then
visit Assos. Continue to Troy to see the
ruins of the legendary city and the replica
of the wooden horse. Dinner and overnight in
Çanakkale. (B, D)
May 29 Thu Çanakkale-Dardanelles-Istanbul
Take the car ferry to cross the Dardanelles
strait. Drive to Istanbul. Visit St. Chora
Church, famous for its beautiful mosaics in
the afternoon. Dinner and overnight. (B, D)
May 30 Fri Istanbul
Visit the Hippodrome Square, Blue
Mosque(optional), St. Sophia Church,
Underground Cistern Basilica and Grand
Covered Bazaar. (B, D)
May 31 Sat Istanbul
Take a leisurely private boat tour along the
Bosphorus seeing both Asian and European
shores of Istanbul. Then visit the Topkapý
Palace and the important Istanbul
Archaeological Museum containing the Gezer
Calender, the Titus Inscriptions, City Walls
from Babylon, and other important items.
Return to the hotel. Tonight, we will have a
Farewell Dinner at an outside Sea Food
Restaurant in Kumkapý district. (B, D)
Jun 01 Sun Departure
Transfer to Istanbul Airport for departure.
Fly back to New York JFK Airport via
Istanbul. Arrive New York same day

May 20 Tue Arrive Istanbul Airport
Arrive Istanbul Airport at 10:25 am. Our
representative will meet you after the
customs and baggage claim. Transfer to the
hotel. Afternoon visit to the Topkapi
Palace, the Imperial Residential Palace of
the Ottoman sultans between the 16th and
19th centuries and the oldest and largest of
the remaining palaces in the world. Its
displays include priceless world-class
collections of jewelry, porcelain and
costumes of the sultans. Dinner and
overnight. (D)
May 21 Wed Istanbul
Full day Istanbul tour; the Roman Hippodrome
Square, Blue Mosque with its beautiful blue
tiles, St. Sophia Church, built by
Constantine the Great and reconstructed by
Justinian in the 6th century, one of the
world's greatest architectural marvels and a
designated World Heritage site. Then visit
the important Istanbul Archaeological Museum
containing the Gezer Calender, the Titus
Inscriptions, City Walls from Babylon, and
other important items. Return to the hotel
for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
May 22 Thu Istanbul-Troy-Alexander Troas
(Acts 16:8-11; 20:5, 6, II Tim. 4:13 II Cor.
2:12)
Assos Drive to Çanakkale. Cross the
Dardanelles Strait by car ferry. Proceed to
Troy to see the legendary city and the
replica of the Wooden Horse. Then drive to
Alexandria Troas founded by Alexander the
Great. Paul visited here at least twice.
Then drive to Assos, this Hellenistic city
where Paul rejoined his companions.
Overnight in Assos. (B, D)
May 23 Fri Pergamon (Rev. 1:11; 2:12) -
Thyatira (Acts 16:14, Rev. 1:11;
2:18-24)-Smyrna (Rev. 1:11; 2:8)
Leave for Pergamon. Visit the Acropolis with
the steepest theater of the ancient world
and the Temple of Trajan. Then visit the

Red Basilica
which was an Egyptian Temple, later
converted to a church in the 1st century.
Continue to Izmir for dinner and overnight.

May 24 Sat Sardis (Rev. 1:11; 3:1-4)-
Philadelphia (Rev. 1:11; 3:7) -
Pamukkale
Drive to Sardis, the capital of the ancient
Lydia, where first coin of the world is
invented. See the ruins of the early Church
constructed next to the Temple of Diana.
Continue to Alasehir to see the 1st century
Philadelphia Church. Dinner and overnight at
Colossae Hotel in Pamukkale. (B,D)
May 25 Sun Laodicea (Col 2:1; 4:13-16,
Rev. 1:11; 3:14) - Colossae (Col. 1:2) -Aphrodisias
– Kusadasi Morning tour of Pamukkale, noted
ancient spa, where pure white travertines
form frozen waterfalls. Drive to Aphrodisias,
the city of the Goddess of Love, see the
well preserved Stadium, the Odeon, the
Theater and the Agora. Continue to Kusadasi
for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
May 26 Mon Ephesus (Acts 18:19-24;
19:1-35; 20:16-17; 21:29, 1 Cor. 15:32;

Visit the famous ancient city of Ephesus,
the Ephesus Archaeological Museum and the
Basilica of St. John. The visit of the House
of Virgin Mary is optional. Dinner at the
hotel. Then JOIN THE EPHESUS MEETING in the
evening. Overnight in Kusadasi. (B, D)
May 27 Tue Miletus - Didyma - Priene -
Kusadasi
Visit the Greco-Roman city of Priene. Then
visit Miletus theater where Paul spoke to
the locals. Last visit to the Apollo Temple
in Didyma, the famous oracle center of Asia
Minor. Return to Kusadasi. (B, D)
May 28 Wed Departure
Early transfer to the Izmir Airport for
departure. Fly back to New York JFK Airport
via Istanbul. Arrive New York same day
